Order based on the size of jock size you want. 

Choker: size approx 14 inc to 16 inc 
Bicep bands: size approx 12 inc to 17 inc
Metal buckle fastening.

Underwear: Modal/Spandex.

We recommend that customers buy the size they have mainly in their wardrobe. As the bases are not big or small compared to other brands. Model wears size extra large. Please see link for measurements: Size Guide

If you feel you are in between two sizes, go for the larger of the two. People who have tried them on say it fits much better with the larger size. 

When washing HOMO we recommend a cold wash to preserve the colours as new.
